Another Moron From Liberty U, The Mike Troxel Story

Before we talk about Mike Troxel, the dim witt from Liberty U lets thank a local congressman for voting for the health care bill.     Click the link below and send  Tom Perriello a card.

Tom stood with the people and not the insurance companies.

Now to the terminally stupid Mike Troxel.

Mike Troxel  lives at 204 Pennsylvania Ave in Lynchburg Virginia, 24502.     He likes to give out addresses of people he disagrees with.    His phone number is 434-258-4437.     Troxel learned his craft at Liberty University and comments to his blog
   http://virginia6th.teapartywatchdogs.com/2010/03/22/thank-you-bob-goodlatte/comment-page-1/#comment-150
show his attachment to Bob Goodlatte.

The Lynchburg Tea Party is distancing itself from Troxel.     Here's a quote from the Lynchburg Tea Party, “Mike Troxel, a participant in the Lynchburg TEA Party, posted what he thought was the home address for Tom Perriello after an internet search. His post was not requested, sanctioned or endorsed by the Lynchburg TEA Party. Politico reported on his post, and Mr. Troxel has posted his response to the Politico article."      The bandwidth for Troxels site has been exceeded by the thousands of people wishing to complain about his christian conduct.

Mr Troxel is a moron who thinks he can force others to share his point of view.       As a member of the Liberty Cult who would expect him to have respect for others or good manners.

Here's the story.

A tea party organizer angry over Rep. Thomas Perriello’s (D-Va.) vote in favor of health care reform published what he thought was the freshman member’s home address on a blog, in case any readers “want to drop by” and provide a “personal touch” to their views.

Rather than giving out Perriello’s address however, the tea party activist mistakenly printed the home address of the congressman’s brother. Perriello’s brother and wife have four children under the age of 8.

In the post, the author gives out the address to his “friends” in Perriello’s district. “Just in case any of his friends and neighbors want to drop by and say hi and express their thanks regarding his vote for health care,” the author writes. “I personally believe it’s so important for representatives to remain fully grounded and to remember exactly what it is their constituents are saying and how they are telling them to vote. Nothing quite does that like a good face-to-face chat. It has a much more personal touch to it.”

The post does not have a byline but was published on a blog run by an organizer for the Lynchburg Tea Party, a member of the group confirmed to POLITICO. There is no contact information on the blog, but POLITICO has been able to trace the blog to Mike Troxel, an organizer for the Lynchburg Tea Party who has been active in the organization since it launched last year.

In an interview with POLITICO, Troxel admitted to writing the post and said that he has no intention of removing the address from the blog.

Troxel found the address through a directory website and said he would only replace what he currently has on the blog with an address provided by Perriello’s office.

“If they would like to provide me with the address of Tom, then I’d be more than happy to take it down,” he said. “I have no reason to believe it’s not his house.”

“We’re pretty ticked off he voted for it,” Troxel said.

Troxel, a 2005 graduate of Liberty University, added “I was a journalism major in college, so I have every reason to believe my research is accurate.”

Perriello brothers house has since been vandalized and gas lines have been cut.     The FBI is investigating the matter.     Over a dozen Congressmen and Senators offices have been vandalized across the country.     These Tea Party Scum and Republican Thugs can't win at the ballot box so they go with their backup position, Criminality.     Crowds of Tea Party Thugs gather on Capitol Hill and scream vulgarities not heard in this country since the Civil Rights Era of the 1950s and 60s.      Republicans look the other way and claim to have seen or heard nothing.      Who in their right mind would turn the governing of our country over to these idiots?

7 p.m. on March 16

Amherst board members are slated to meet at 7 p.m. on March 16 at the Amherst Education Center, 219 Trojan Lane.      The board also will hold a public forum to discuss budget issues at 5 p.m. at the same location.

Supervisors Claudia Tucker and Frank Campbell have drafted a resolution to have former Amherst County Attorney Vaden Hunt reinstated, the agenda for the county’s meeting set for Tuesday states.

Take the time to support good government and attend this meeting and support this resolution.     You can help put the Board of Supervisors back on the high road by demanding they right this wrong.      Adams, Kidd and Vandall will not adhere to ethical conduct until forced to do so.

The resolution cites both the county’s current budget woes and the public’s recent criticism of the board’s decision to terminate Hunt as reasons to reinstate him.

The resolution also mentions that Hunt did not receive a performance evaluation during his employment and “has worked the last two years without a contract.”

The board voted to terminate Hunt’s employment in a 3-2 vote at a regular scheduled meeting on March 2.

Tucker and Campbell voted against Hunt’s termination.     Chairman Chris Adams, Vice Chairman Don Kidd and Supervisor Ray Vandall voted for the move.

Amherst board members are slated to meet at 7 p.m. on March 16 at the Amherst Education Center, 219 Trojan Lane.     This is next to Monelison School and is behind 84 lumber.     It is where you go to vote if you live in Madison Heights.     You can also get to Trojan Lane by turning down the road by Wal* Mart.     The board also will hold a public forum to discuss budget issues at 5 p.m. at the same location.     If at all possible, Please Attend.

3 Stoogies Ride Again

Chris Adams, Don Kidd and Ray Vandall Screw Amherst Counties Citizens Again

ACVDN
Following a closed session Tuesday afternoon, the Amherst County Board of Supervisors terminated the employment of County Attorney Vaden Hunt in a 3-2 vote.

Supervisors Claudia Tucker and Frank Campbell voted against the action. Kudos to these two new supervisors for exercising good judgement and respecting the tax payers of Amherst County.

“The board chose to terminate his employment due to what we felt was the best interest to all parties involved,” said chairman Chris Adams on Wednesday.    This is a standard statement that means nothing and was used by Adams when Rodney Taylor was terminated.    Adams lips are moving but his brain is on vacation.

Adams did not provide a specific reason for the decision, but said that board members had no “ill feelings toward Hunt.”    Chris Adams never provides reasons for the actions he takes and if he alludes to a reason that reason changes on a daily basis.    His account of the actions in the Rodney Taylor termination changed each time he he got trapped into adressing the issue. Imagine for a moment what they would have done to Hunt if they harbored ill feelings.

Hunt, who has been county attorney since December 2007, said Wednesday that he was terminated without receiving a performance evaluation or any indication that the board was displeased with his job performance.    The employeement of Hunt saved the citizens of Amherst County over a hundred thousand dollars a year over what was being charged when services were contracted from local attorney Tom Shrader.    The arrangement with Shrader had lasted for five years and ending it with the employeement of Hunt and was one of the improvements that Rodney Taylor instituted to save the county money.    When Adams, Kidd and Vandall terminated Taylor it cost the County an additional $34,000 to replace him.    How much will this latest action by the three Stoogies cost the citizens of Amherst?    It has become clear that Adams has some personality disorder that precludes him getting along with others.
“I don’t believe it’s justified in any way,” Hunt said during the meeting, according to an audio recording provided by the county. “You took a 3-2 vote to terminate me for, in my opinion, no reason.”

Hunt also questioned why the board would terminate his employment without first offering him a change to resign or a transitional period before the termination. These board members are thugs and don't adhere to any of the standard practices of business.

“It pains me to see a board not act like gentlemen,” Hunt said at the meeting.    “I’ve never come close to anything in my career like this.”    Chris Adams, Don Kidd and Ray Vandall make a lasting impression on another unsuspecting employee of Amherst County.    Hopefully the voters will shake off their apathy and replace these three at the earliest possible opportunity.

Following Hunt’s comments, the board voted to provide him with a termination allowance and approved his employment through a transition period, though the length of this period was not specified. Since these members operate with No Code Of Ethics Hunt was lucky to embarris them into an act of standard courtesy.

Tucker, who opposed the move, said Wednesday she was caught off guard by the vote and did not agree with the outcome.   “I think that with everything that we’ve got going on in the county right now, the idea that we are asking for our county attorney’s resignation is pretty irresponsible,” she said.    Tucker is spot on with her assesement.   “I was embarrassed by the board’s vote last night.”    When you are forced to hang out with the three stoogies you will be embarrasssed.    My apoligies to Tucker and Canpbell. The voters of Amherst County owe you a better set of supervisors to work with and hopelly they will deliver soon.
She and Supervisor Frank Campbell, said they were not given enough time to evaluate Hunt’s performance.    “The reason I voted no is because on my time on the job he’s always done what he’s been asked to do,”  Campbell said.    “I don’t know why he was asked to resign.”     Campbell and Tucker said that Adams had assured them in previous discussion about Hunt that they would have six months to consider his job performance before a vote.    It appears Adams had planned this move for quite some time by having that conversation with Campbell and Tucker.

Hunt has worked for the county since December 2007, when the board unanimously voted to hire him on as staff attorney.    His original salary was $60,000, according to former County Administrator Rodney Taylor.   Before hiring Hunt, the county contracted legal services from local attorney Tom Shrader for five years.

Adams and Supervisor Don Kidd were both supervisors-elect when Hunt was hired and publicly stated they opposed the move.    Adams and Kidd liked contracting the work to Tom Shrader and objected to Hunts hire.    Ray Vandall seems to have jumped in bed with these two around the time of the Taylor termination.    Adams, Kidd and Supervisor Ray Vandall voted for Hunt’s termination.

Adams said the county would most likely fill the staff position, rather than enter into an outside contract for legal services.    They have terminated Hunt against whom they bore no ill will (or so they say) and will not contract out the work (this was not a move to get Tom Schrader back in the mix) but rather hire a replacement for Hunt (Someone to do the same thing at a higher salary).    Who does Chris Adams think he is fooling?    Are these three bozo crazy?

The board will instruct County Administrator Lee Lintecum to go about advertising for the position in an upcoming meeting, Adams said.

The Board is spending your tax money and acting on your behalf.     Maby You would like to attend a meeting every now and then, Maby Not.
