Sweet Briar Young Democrats with Rob Dean
The Sweet Briar Young Democrats are hosting this event, along with the Dodson Campaign and the Amherst County Democrats. You are invited to attend and to show your support for our next State Senator, Bert Dodson. Only 6 weeks until Election Day. Now is the time to get involved.
The road shown at the bottom of the map is the one leading directly from the campus main entrance on 29. Number 1 on the map is the guard shack if you need directions.

Bert and "The Hardest Working Campaign Team in Politics"
We will dedicate the entire evening to Bert's campaign staff. They will seek our advice on some community-based operations we can put into place to help assure a Democratic Victory.
There is simply no other choice.
Bert will be a great State Senator, one we'll be proud to call our own. We all know that. But there's more...
The very narrow majority we now have in the VA Senate must be held. It's the only thing protecting us now from a statewide Right-Wing majority - House of Delegates, State Senate, and Governor. We must not let this happen.
Imagine the likes of McDonnell, Cuccinelli, Cantor, and others of their ilk in the Party formerly known as Republican, running amok, unchecked, in our great Commonwealth. Well, you get the idea.
We'll take a good look at Dodson's opponent, Tom Garrett, too. It's not a pretty picture.
