Right Wing Nut Jobs

NUT-JOBS are the backbone of the GOP

Sharron Angle and her 2nd amendment remedy, Sarah Palins crosshair map and her Don't Retreat Reload statement and Michele Bachmann Calls for Armed Revolution merged today with the lock and load mentality of right wing republicans and tea party nut jobs to take down U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords of Arizona and 17 or more citizens attending a public event in Tucson this morning.

U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords of Arizona was shot in the head during a public event in Tucson this morning.    The Pima County sheriff told MSNBC Giffords is still alive but in very critical condition.    A friend told the network the congresswoman was in surgery.

Giffords was holding an event outside a grocery store when a man ran up and started shooting, witnnesses said.    The sheriff told MSNBC five people were killed and six were wounded, including some members of her staff.    One witness says three bodies are covered with sheets outside the Safeway store.

The sheriff said the gunman has been captured.

Giffords has represented Arizona's 8th Congressional district since 2007 and is a member of the Blue Dog Coalition of conservative Democrats.    She narrowly defeated tea party-backed Republican Jesse Kelly to win a third House term in November.

Sharron Angle and her 2nd amendment remedy are meant to do what the ballot box fails to do.    Angle wasn't shy about saying it and republicans didn't shy away from supporting her.

Giffords' congressional office in Tucson was vandalized in March after she voted in favor of the health care reform bill.      The time is way past for the GOP and TEA PARTY to take a stand against criminality.     The GOP and Tea Party fan the flames of hate and pretend innocence when the deeds get done.

Sarah Palin included Giffords on a list of Democratic candidates who should be defeated in the midterm elections because of their support for the health care overhaul.    Sarah hastly took her map with the cross hairs down shortly after the congresswoman was shot.

"We are just devastated. This community is devastated," Sylvia Lee, a friend of Giffords', said on CNN.   "No matter what side of the political realm you're on, this is just a tragedy that is unspeakable."

"She was an incredibly dedicated community servant.    She was always willing to talk to her constituents, she was very visible."

Democratic strategist Donna Brazile reacted to the shooting with this message on Twitter:     The increasing levels of incivility, intolerance and a political climate that favors those who threatens, bully others must end.     I am so sad  Giffords has served on the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and the House Committee on Armed Services, according to her election website.

Giffords previously served in the Arizona legislature and State Senate and was CEO of El Campo Tire, her family's tire and automotive business.

The election website describes Giffords as "a longtime gun owner and strong supporter of the Second Amendment."

Giffords, 40, married astronaut Mark E. Kelly in 2007.    She was the first Jewish woman elected to Congress from Arizona.

Here's a update on the gunman.
The 22 year old veteran of the Afghan War (at 4:45pm Tucon time the Army said suspect was a reject and never in service) and conservative is in custody in Tucson, Arizona and has been identified as Jared Lee Loughner.    To visit his YouTube page click here

(reader emailed to say authorities might be taking down the site the above link leads to so here is a sample of suspects writings.

there's no flag in the constitution then the flag in the film is unknown.

There's no flag in the constitution.
Therefore, the flag in the film is unknown.
Burn every new and old flag that you see.
Burn your flag!
I bet you can imagine this in your mind with a faster speed.
Watch this protest in reverse!
Ask the local police; "What's your illegal activity on duty?".
If you protest the government then there's a new government from protesting.
There's not a new government from protesting.
Thus, you aren't protesting the government.
There's something important in this video: There's no communication to anyone in this location.
You shouldn't be afraid of the stars.
There's a new bird on my right shoulder. The beak is two feet and lime green. The rarest bird on earth, there's no feathers, but small grey scales all over the body. It's with one large red eye with a light blue iris. The bird feet are the same as a woodpecker. This new bird and there's only one, the gender is not female or male. The wings of this bird are beautiful; 3 feet wide with the shape of a bald eagle that you could die for. If you can see this bird then you will understand. You think this bird is able to chat about a government?
I want you to imagine a comet or meteoroid coming through the atmosphere.
On the other hand, welcome yourself to the desert: Maybe your ability to protest is from the brainwash of the current government structure. ...)

Todays carnage left among the six dead, a 9 year old child and a Federal Judge and a  dozen wounded.     Arizona has more than a fair share of loons but it is by no means alone.

Don't think for a moment these nut jobs are in other parts of the country and not thriving here in central Virginia.     6th District Congressman, Bob Goodlatte is a prime example.    He's been in Congress for 20 years and has sponsored almost nothing.

Bob Goodlatte is known as the co sponsor of the birther bill.    This is just about his only accomplishment.     Birther Bob and 10 other congressmen, mostly from Texas, are the proud authors of this useless bill.    That’s all the support it has, 11 members out of 435, and it is 2 years old.     Decent people are ashamed to be associated with it.     Birther Bob isn't, decent or ashamed.

Bob Goodlatte is a Tea Bagger and a prime supporter of the Lynchburg Tea Party which has a checkered past of its own, giving out what it thought was a Congressman’s home address and inviting its followers to drop by and let the Congressman know how they felt about Democratic legislation.

The address was not the Congressmans but a relative with wife and children who had their gas lines sabotaged in an attempt to blow up their house.   This was the work of a Liberty grad with a christian attitude and he refused to take the address down from his blog saying he learned to do research at Liberty University and could not make a mistake on the address.    He was a charter member of the Lynchburg Tea Party and the publisher of the blog that posted the faulty address.     The Lynchburg Tea Party tried to distance themselves from him when the FBI investigated the incident.   Bob Goodlatte provided the web space to the Lynchburg Tea Party to publish their hate filled blog.    Goodlatte later took down the blog from his website.

Tom Perriello's office was trashed here in Virginia's 5 CD at about the same time Giffords' congressional office in Tucson was vandalized.    The Gop and the Tea Party fanned the flames of hate here and pretended innocence also.     Bob Goodlatte should be man enough to stand up and call an end to this madness but the GOP profits from this at election time and Goodlatte has gone out of his way to make it possible.     Who ever said you can't  fool the voters didn't have a clue about the voters in central Virginia.     They enjoy being kept in the dark.
Republicans in Amherst County and Lynchburg are all too happy to take the help and support of the Tea Party and keep quiet as their  actions come to light.    These GOP'ers don't have the courage to stand up and seperate themselves from the corrupt and immoral actions of these groups.

Republicans will accept help from any source.    They will lie about knowing where the help came from but they willingly take it none the less.    Even Liberty and Falwell lack the courage to take a stand.     They are more interested in political power than in doing whats right.    It is amazing how power mad even christians have become though I should acknowledge there is a huge space between a Baptist and Liberty Falwell Faux christians.

Every time that a person views the branded mountain side they should think about what the mating of the GOP with the  EVANGELICAL Christian onslaught has done to the world we live in.    That giant and ugly LU that disfigures the view is 10 times uglier than any billboard or combination of signs devised by an ad agency and their scar on nature.      But Thats Just The Ugliness That Shows.

If you're a republican and I've hurt your feelings then it the first time you've felt anything since the first Bush Administration ended.    You've been playing dirty pool so long you no longer know right from wrong.     You and the GOP have all but destroyed this once great country we both live in.     Democrats aren't perfect but we would like to heal the American Dream and offer it to everyone.     You want to take something away from normal people and give the rich another tax cut and there is no limit to what you won't do to get your way.

If you're some sort of a christian and I've hurt your feelings, turn the other cheek and check how close your actions are to the road Jesus walked.     Quit kidding yourself.     The creator is neither Democrat or Republican.

  1. Palin, "Don't retreat, instead...Reload" - Puts Cross Hairs of rifle scope over politicians faces.

Gifford's opponent: " Help remove Gifford from office. Shoot a fully automatic M16 with Jesse Kelly." -

Bachmann, "I want people armed and dangerous"-

Angle, "If we can't win at the ballot box we'll use our second amendment rights."

Beck, "I would introduce the government to Mr. Smith and Mr. Wesson".-

Wasserman's opponent, "If you can't bring back balance, use a bullet".

These are actual quotes- the right wing calls them "funny" or "just kidding"-and says that the right is the party of personal responsibily!

Now a tragedy happens and republicans shout we're not guilty and play the victum card.
If You vote republican You are the problem.

  2. I heard a republican on TV saying "The Dems are using this tragedy as an excuse to slow the repeal of Health Care reform."
In case you don't already know these republicans are stone cold crazy.

  3. Look at the majority of attacks and threats on Politicians you will see that these nut-jobs identify with the Republican party. Their ideals and beliefs are in line with the right-wing blogs, the right-wing radio shows, and the right-wing television like Fox News.

The republicans filter their beliefs and ideals down to the violent wing of their party.

These Republicans pander to the psychos. They create, feed and grow the wing-nuts. Then when it explodes they act like they never heard of them.

  4. All you have to do is watch the rightwing news channele, radio shows, and read their blogs and you will clearly see that the Republicans have been pandering to the violent over the edge psychos in America since Obama was elected. The Republicans through their websites and daily shows have been pushing these people to go over the edge and hurt or kill someone since 2008 and the republicans made it a reality.

  5. In March, Rep. Giffords, herself, made note of the fact that she and her personal address were on Palin's web site. A gun was left at one of her meetings. Her office was vandalized after her vote on health care.

This shooter saw government as his enemy---which party preaches that the government is the enemy of the people? The Republican Party. No
Excuses, Sarah Palin needs to shut her stupid mouth and disappear and the republican party needs to grow up and act in an adult and responsible manner.

  6. This is the kind of stuff Fox news and Sara Palin and Rush Limbough create, hate and fear in the mind of psychos.

  7. Well when you have nutcases that listen to Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and Limbaugh all day it's only a matter of time before their hate filled rhetoric is going to push someone over the edge. These guys make their money by painting a grim picture of how "BAD" America is.

People like Palin that has cross hairs on her website? All these people should share some responsibility for what happened. All these right wing heros will tell you about their freedom of speech but none of them is willing to take responsibility for the misdeeds caused by their thoughtless rants.

  8. HEY, if Palin had crosshairs on a target how do you not think it was pertinent? It was motivation for a unbalanced mind. We should all be held accountable for our actions, why do you think she took the crosshairs down immediately following the shooting of the Congresswoman and 19 other people?

  9. I am a senior citizen who has been around the block once or twice. It breaks my heart to see what this country has become. You can't blame one group or person...Republicans, Democrats, Tea Party, Beck, Palin, Fox, Limbaugh, Hannity and right-wing nut-jobs.

They are ALL TO Blame and The blame is shared by us for keeping quiet for so many years and allowing the United States to dissolve before our eyes. These people are sickening. We should have called them out years ago.

Its time the republicans become a respectable party again.

  10. We don't have a two party system in this country anymore. There is one political party, the Democrats and on the other side hulligans, thugs, crooks and extreme right wing nutjobs make up the republican party. The tea party is a collection of crazy misfits and loons who make zero sense. Older moderate republicans are ashamed of what the GOP has become. We are moving to independent status but will end up voting with the Democratic Party because we have nowhere else to go.

  11. Republicans are crying the blues and going way out of their way to deny any attachment or involvement in the violent acts that have scarred the face of America for the past two years. All their hate speech and outright lies have motivated more than a few crazies to go criminal. There needs to be a cleansing in the GOP but what do you do with the nuts who make up 25% of the party?

Your radio and tv stop receiving the Glenn Beck show and Sarah Palin rejects you as her tweet friend and you live in Tuson Arizona, What to Do? Get yourself a gun. In Tuson you can hide it in your pocket and take it everywhere. Tuson, land of sun and nut-jobs and guns. Offended - Change Your Gun Laws.

  14. The astronaut husband of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was slated to command the space shuttle Endeavour in April for what's set to be the last voyage of the shuttle program. But that may now be in doubt, as Mark Kelly remains at his wife's side as she remains hospitalized in critical condition after being shot in the head. NASA officials said Sunday that it was
premature to speculate about whether Kelly would step down as commander of the Endeavour mission.

Kelly's twin brother, fellow astronaut Scott Kelly, is currently on the International Space Station. The chief of the astronaut office notified him about what had happened to his sister-in-law soon after it happened. Kelly tweeted from space, "My sister-in-law . . . is a kind, compassionate, brilliant woman, loved by friends and political adversaries alike -- a true patriot. What is going on in our country that such a good person can be the subject of such senseless violence?"

  16. NBC News has learned that Jared Lee Loughner's application for enlistment into Army was rejected after he reportedly failed a drug test. In October 2007, Loughner was cited in Pima County for possession of drug paraphernalia, which was dismissed after he completed a diversion program, according to online records.

The Army wouldn't give him a gun but Tuson Arizona would and did and will give a gun to the next nut in line. Tuson, the town with no gun laws or restrictions (other than you have to buy or steal your own gun).

    Happy Trails To You

    ReplyDelete
  17. Of course Jared Lee Loughner will face heavy punishment from the Federal charges against him but local and state law will net him a little less than 4 years, if it convicts him at all. This is Tuson Arizona we are talking about don't forget. Half insane right wing republicans carring 30 shot clips and pistols and shooting anyone without a tea party card is par for the course, normal Tuson behavior. If you don't know who to shoot go to Sarah Palins web site or Glenn Becks radio show for instructions.

  18. Sarah Palin in particular has been singled out for criticism by CBS News, the Guardian and others for publishing a "target map" on her website using images of gun sights to identify the districts of 20 House Democrats up for election in last year's mid-terms, including Giffords. And the conservatives chant in unison, Run Sarah Run.

  19. When Jared Lee Loughner was suspended from Pima Community College, the school sent a letter to Loughner's parents stating that if Loughner wished to return to the school, he would have to "obtain a mental health clearance indicating, in the opinion of a mental health professional, his presence at the College does not present a danger to himself or others," the school said in a statement. Get this tea party leader a gun.

  20. Cameras in the Safeway parking lot and store captured the incident on film. People actually tackeled the killer and held him til the police arrived. Guilt is not an issue. The punishment is all to be decided. Society will pay for his lawer who will try to convience the court his life should be spared. A huge amount of time and money will be wasted on this case. Here's how it should go. Followering a 2 week trial and finding of guilty Jared Lee Loughner should go to the head of the line and within 2 days be introduced to whatever mehod of execution Arizona uses. Immediately prior to his death sentence he should be shown the video of himself killing 6 and wounding 12. Case closed, Next.

  22. Republicans are telleing anyone who will listen that they didn't know. That their hate language is just normal politics. The truth is the GOP begged and pleaded for a madman to emerge and do their bidding while they stood aside and pretended to know nothing. How about some republicans standing up and taking the high road. Your ears might pop as you adjust to a new elevation but its the right thing to do.

  26. Palin could've used the Tucson tragedy as a mechanism to chart a new, more effective course for herself. Instead, her message to America is: 'My toxic rhetoric is here to stay. Deal with it.'

    ReplyDelete
  27. Palin in her face book remarks today mentioned blood libel. The congresswoman who was shot was jewish so that may be palin's connection to this ancient anti-sematic myth.

Blood Libel - The blood libel is a false accusation that Jews sacrifice Christian children either to use the blood for
various "medicinal" purposes or to prepare Passover Matzoth (unleavened bread) or for vengeance and mock crucifixions. It is one of the central fables of Anti-Semitism.

Palin might just be crazier than the 22 year old shooter but to believe that you'd have to believe she wrote the words she read off the teleprompter. Most likely she has some screw ball right wing nutjob handlers who wrote the speech.

The frightening part is Sarah is a hand puppet for a shadow group who wants to control our government.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Of course right wing republicans are not directly resaponsible for the tragedy in Arizona and directly is the operative word here. These hate filled nuts spent the last two years faning the flames of hate and begging for a nutjob to rise from the crowd and do the damage they talked about and called for. They spent this whole time calling people names and telling their dim witted followers that the government was corrupt and out to get them. What did the Palins, Becks and Limbaughs think would happen? Now they declare complete innocence and refuse to dial back the hate speech. If you're nutty enough to continue your association with these people don't expect it to go unnoticed.

  29. This was such a terrible tragedy, little 9 year old child among 6 people dying. Many people injured to varing degrees, many with permanent life changing injuries. The loss of status for pseudo politicians who would not own up to using inflamitory language and questionable methods to motivate their followers. The complete weakness of the Republican party to respond to the outrage with aensible thoughts. There was a lot more lost in Tucson than most people realize now.
